Eligibility for Refunds
· Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re really sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll arrange a full refund.
· Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, please let us know within 7 days. We’ll make it right and give you a full refund.
· Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes things change. If you’ve had a change of heart, you can return your item within 10 days of receiving it. Just make sure it’s in its original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Conditions for Refunds
· Original Condition: Items must be returned to their original, unused condition and packaging. We can’t accept items that have been damaged or altered.
· Proof of Purchase: You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
· Return Authorization: Before sending anything back, please contact us to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items sent back without an RA number won’t be accepted.
How to Request a Refund 1. Contact Us: Email us at info@kalavriti.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Get an RA Number: We’ll review your request and give you an RA number and return instructions.
3. Send it Back: Ship the item back to us, following the instructions we provide. Make sure the RA number is clearly marked on the package.
Refund Processing
· Inspection: When we get your returned item, we’ll inspect it to make sure it meets our refund conditions.
· Approval: If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund. If not, we’ll let you know and send the item back to you at your expense.
· Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
Some items can’t be refunded, including:
· Custom or personalized orders
· Items on sale or clearance
· Gift cards
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
· Initial Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable.
· Return Shipping Costs: You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.
